I had a great experience buying my Volkswagen Atlas at Guelph Volkswagen. Nick Antonowicz was awesome – super helpful and made the whole process easy. Chris, his manager, was great too, and Ron took care of me during delivery. Everyone was friendly and made sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend this team if you're in the market for a new car!
It was my first visit to car dealership. Nicholas Antonowicz was the agent who I worked with. It was so comfy to talk with, I'm Ukrainian, so he speak a bit Ukrainian, he was kind and know evry small thing that I was interested in the car, and give a lot options and advices, so I choose Tiguan 2024 comfortline. If I could put more than 5 stars, I would put 10 stars. Our sale consultant Moustafa Mousattat was very friendly, and gave his absolute dedication to us. Through his hard work to make a deal, constant updates about the car, and picking us up at another dealership using his own car. He was a very helpful person, and made us feel very assured with everything. Also the sales manager jack was very helpful and provided us with very good service. I am highly satisfied with the service and if I need another car, I know where to go.
I just purchased a brand new Tiguan from this dealership. We dealt with Alessia as our salesperson. She was on the ball from the moment we met her. She helped us find a great car at an affordable price. The process of purchasing the vehicle was the smoothest car purchase I have experienced. Carol was awesome on the finance side of things. She was very thorough and helped us pick the best packages. I will be recommending family and friends to them!
Purchased a 2024 Golf R from guelph vw and Moustafa was the sales representative that I had the pleasure of doing business with, from the moment I made a online inquiry about the car, he reached out to me the very next day, we decided what my options were.
