Overall, I had a good experience with the Sales & Leasing Consultant, Sean! He understood my main reasons for wanting to get into a new SUV and took the time to explain the differences on the trims on both the Tiguan and Taos. I had already checked lots of reviews and done my homework, but it was great that he was able to answer all of the questions I had. My schedule was a bit tight with my toddler, which he was able to work around it. Given the tight schedule, the car I wanted to see was sold by the time I got there, but Sean was able to hold a similar vehicle for me to check out, which I appreciated! The test drive was great, and he was able to walk me through all of the new features on the car. On delivery, the car was cleaned up well for that nice shine and was ready to come to its new home. As a bonus, they also gave a nice plushie for my toddler :)
